Our 2 apartments are different, both with charming and simple décor in nostalgic seaside hotel style.
Both apartments are located on the ground floor with their own entrance.
The apartments feature a kitchen where you can prepare light meals. In the kitchen, you will find plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, dish towels, tea towels, and much more.
There is on-site parking available for all guests, so you can unpack in peace.
There is a communal living room, garden, courtyard, conservatory, and terraces.
The entire garden, conservatory, and courtyard are available for guests to use freely.
Here you can eat, sunbathe, read, and enjoy life, lounging in a deck chair.
In Villa Vendel's ground floor, facing south and east, we have Apartment 1 at 38m2, consisting of an entrance, living room with tea kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom includes a double bed measuring 160x200.
The apartment has its own entrance from the street to the west, as well as its terrace. It is also possible to access the garden and courtyard from the house's east side.
Located on the ground floor, the original grocery store has been transformed into a 45m2 apartment featuring an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160x200, and a spacious bathroom. The apartment underwent renovation in spring 2024.
There is the possibility of accommodating 2 additional children on the sofa bed.
The apartment has its own entrance from the street to the west, but it is also possible to access the garden and courtyard from the east side of the house.
